Terms of Service

• Each session will be invoiced on completion. Full payment is required within 5 working days. Payment must be received prior to the next session being delivered.

• Cancelled sessions will be invoiced in full if the therapist is not notified before 8.00am on the day of the appointment.

• In the event that the therapist must cancel an appointment, this will be done with as much notice as possible and the appointment rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

• A caregiver must be present for all sessions with children and with adults who have a moderate or severe neurological condition.

• The therapist reserves the right to terminate a session and/or ongoing input at her discretion.

• If you wish to terminate or put treatment on hold, please discuss this with the therapist.

• In the event of home visits, it is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any threats to her safety while visiting your home, including dogs, illness, weapons, drugs, etc. The client and therapist must come to an agreement as to how these risks will be managed prior to the initial appointment. Where the agreement is not being adhered to, the therapist will not enter or will leave the property immediately. In the event that an agreement between the client and therapist cannot be reached, an alternative location for therapy may be arranged.

• The client’s personal information will be kept strictly confidential in cloud-based storage and hard copies in a locked filing cabinet.
